Opportunistic DFSA

Occurs when the victim is profoundly intoxicated by their own actions to the point of near or actual unconsciousness. From this the perpetrator takes the opportunity to take advantage of their state.

Proactive DFSA

When a victim has been administered an incapacitating substance actively by the perpetrator for the purpose of committing sexual assault.
